Albendazol

Solvent ad.

INDICATION

Specialized treatment of helminth infections in livestock, calves, sheep, and goats, including:

Gastrointestinal nematodes: Bunostomum spp., Cooperia spp., Chabertia spp., Haemonchus spp., Nematodirus spp., Oesophagostomum spp., Ostertagia spp., Strongyloides spp., and Trichostrongylus spp.

Lungworms: Dictyocaulus viviparus and D. filaria

Tapeworms: Moniezia spp.

Liver flukes: Adult Fasciola hepatica

Also effective for prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal helminths in poultry.

CONTRAINDICATION

Do not use in animals hypersensitive to the product.

Not recommended for animals with impaired liver or kidney function.

USAGE AND DOSAGE

Administer orally:

– Cattle and calves: 1 mL/18 kg body weight

For liver flukes: 1 mL/15 kg body weight

– Sheep and goats: 1 mL/30 kg body weight

For liver flukes: 1 mL/18 kg body weight

WITHDRAWAL TIMES

Meat and offal: 15 days

Milk: 7 days

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at temperature 15 – 25°C
