COMPOSITION
Each 1 kg contains:
Erythromycin
Excipients ad.
INDICATION
Specialized treatment of Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD) caused by Mycoplasma infection, and treatment of infectious (respiratory) diseases caused by bacteria sensitive to erythromycin such as Staphylococcus aureus (e.g., infectious arthritis), Haemophilus paragallinarum (e.g., infectious coryza), and Pasteurella multocida (e.g., fowl cholera; pneumonia) in livestock and poultry.
CONTRAINDICATION
Do not use in animals sensitive to erythromycin.
Do not use in animals with severe hepatic and/or renal impairment.
Do not administer concurrently with tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides, or lincosamides.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
Administer via drinking water or mix with feed:
– Large livestock: 1 g/10 kg body weight, twice daily, for 7–14 days.
– Poultry: 1 kg/1,000 liters of drinking water, for 3–5 days.
WITHDRAWAL TIMES
Meat: 3 days
Eggs: 6 days
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at temperature 15 – 25°C
